WHO WE ARE

Berdzar Environmental Assessment, LLC (BEA) is an environmental consulting firm based in Fort Collins, Colorado. BEA’s primary scope of work are Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Reports (ESAs). The Phase I ESAs are completed on one to three week turnaround times and are priced competitively in the industry.

BEA covers primarily the northern Colorado region as well as the remaining areas of Colorado and the neighboring states including Wyoming, Utah, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Kansas. BEA can cover projects on a national basis upon availability.
